Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician – Southern Oregon
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient practice
- 4 days or 5 days work week
- No inpatient work required.

Opportunity Highlights
- Year 1: Base salary $300,000
- Year 2 and beyond: Value-based incentive plan up to 10% of earnings (quality, productivity, patient experience)
- $60,000 signing bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
