Family Medicine Physician – Bay City, Michigan
Setting: Outpatient, State-of-the-Art Community Health Park
Position Type: Full-Time, Employed
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: 1:10 rotation, nurse triage line support
- Reason for Opening: Replacement for departing physician
- Facility: Modern, patient-centered facility co-designed with community and provider input
- Patient Population: Full-spectrum family medicine – from birth through adulthood
- Services Provided:
- Preventive care
- Acute and chronic disease management
- Emotional and social health care support

- MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
