Family Medicine Physician – Chesaning, Michigan
Practice Overview
Join a well-established outpatient practice with a full patient panel, located in a supportive community in Saginaw County. This opportunity is ideal for a Family Medicine physician seeking a stable, collaborative, and well-resourced clinical environment.
Position Highlights
- Setting: Outpatient only
- Team Structure:
- 1 Physician
- 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Access to lab, imaging, and rehab onsite
- MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
- Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
- CME Allowance
