Family Medicine Physician – Freeland, Michigan
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care | Position Type: Full-Time, Employed
Position Highlights
- Take over an existing patient panel – replacing a retiring physician
- Join an experienced, supportive Family Medicine team
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: 1:5 rotation, supported by a nurse triage line
- Flexible scheduling models available
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine: Care from birth through adulthood, including prevention, acute and chronic disease management
- Integrated access to services: Cardiology, Rheumatology, Radiology, Rehabilitation, Urgent Care & Occupational Health
- MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
- Eligible for Michigan license and Controlled Substance License
- Replacing a retiring physician in a growing patient population
