Position Overview

The physician will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and overall health management in both outpatient and continuity-of-care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients across all age groups (pediatrics, adults, geriatrics).

• Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

• Develop and manage patient treatment plans.

• Perform minor procedures as appropriate.

• Emphasize preventive care, including patient education and counseling.

• Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

• Active or eligible for California medical license.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Schedule & Setting

• Full-time position.

• Outpatient-focused practice with continuity of care.

• Shared call rotation (if applicable).
