It’s Reid with Amergis, reaching out because I’m seeking a reliable and experienced Family Medicine Physician to assist with weekday coverage across multiple dates during the final quarter of 2025. The role involves providing care during standard daytime hours, with occasional extended shifts depending on site needs. Would you be interested/available?
Coverage Needs:
This position will support intermittent weekday coverage throughout October, November, and December. While the exact dates may vary, the schedule generally includes:
- Daytime shifts ranging from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional extended hours up to 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM
- Multiple open dates per week, especially Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Position Details:
- Location: Channahon, IL
- Duration: ASAP start – 12/31/2025 with possible extension
- LOW Patient Volume
Requirements:
- Active IL medical license
- Board Certification (ABFM)
- Current BLS and DEA
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
Additional Info:
- Virtual interview (30 minutes)
- Onboarding: 2–3 weeks
