How you’ll make a difference:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with behavioral health and addiction specialists to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
- Supervise clinical staff and support professional development.
- Participate in program development, quality improvement, and innovative care initiatives.
- Ensure continuity of care through consultations and coordinated treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Licensed by the Ohio Medical Board
- Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA certification
- Hospital admission privileges in at least one Mahoning County hospital
- ASAM certification or MRO experience preferred (not required)
- A passion for integrated, patient-focused care
