University of Illinois affiliated practice is seeking additional BC/BE Family Medicine physicians to join outpatient clinics in multiple locations.

- 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
- Physician and Advance Practice partnership exist to manage a panel of patients
- Call is telephone only and supported by nurse advisory line
- Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
