Considered one of the most popular vacation destination in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. A diverse waterfront community offering a wealth year round recreational activities, historical sites, the world-famous Soo Locks, Tahquamenon Falls, and spectacular lighthouses, forests and waters. Second most populous city in the UP with over 14,000 and public/private school options and also home to Lake Superior State University.
The position is a permanent Staff FM Physician opportunity in Sault Ste Marie, MI overlooking the beautiful Mackinac Bay.
Clinic setting provides outpatient care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. No after hour call, no weekends, no holidays required – great balance of work and personal life. Providers enjoy lower patient volume (15/day)!
Stable and friendly working environment (M-F, 8-5). Very personally and professionally rewarding work. Laid back and low stress atmosphere. EHR equipped facility.
Salaried, full time position includes benefits: 27 days PTO/sick, 12 paid holidays CME ($3500/10days); $2000 licenses, health and disability insurance, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus and 1% 401K match with loan repayment available.
