An award-winning non-profit is seeking a Primary Care Physician-Rural Health/Clinical Medical Director to join their experienced, collegial team in the Des Moines River Valley area in Iowa (IA):
• 100% outpatient with optional inpatient rotations at nearby hospital
• Optional Associate Medical Director role available, if desired
• Experienced APP's - some with 30+ years tenure
• Opportunity to inherit a patient panel and ramp up as quickly as you'd like
• Epic EMR
• Onsite X-ray, procedure room, blood draw station, psychotherapy and more - plus full hospital support down the road
• Up to $400k+ first-year package plus comprehensive benefits including PSLF, health, dental, vision, and more!

• Outdoor adventurers' paradise with miles upon miles of water, biking, hiking, golfing, off-roading vehicle trails, fishing, kayaking, and more
