Job Responsibilities

Provide primary care across the lifespan (or adults only, if preferred)

Perform preventive visits, chronic disease management, and minor in-office procedures

Deliver urgent/same-day visits 

Collaborate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality initiatives

Optional: mentor APPs/residents, lead new programs (e.g., diabetic eye exams, at-home sleep studies, non-controlled med dispensing), or develop your own innovations

Qualifications

MD/DO, Family Medicine (BC/BE)

Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care

Open to new graduates or experienced physicians

Working Hours

Flexible- typically we want you working 4-day work weeks with three day weekends every weekend! Can work 8 or 10 hour days.
