The Company:
Our client is a respected not-for-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing accessible, affordable primary health care to the residents of Pinellas County, Florida. With 12 health centers and a Mobile Health Center, they are committed to a patient-centered care model serving diverse communities throughout the region.

The Position:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Physician to join a dynamic care team in an outpatient-only setting. This role will oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while serving as a clinical leader and resource for other providers and nursing staff. The physician will also contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives, participate in peer reviews, and play an active role in care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary based on experience
  • Quarterly bonus program – up to $30,000 annually

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One late evening shift every 6–8 weeks
  • No weekends | 100% outpatient

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver primary care including well visits, acute illness, family planning, and chronic disease management
  • Provide clinical leadership and participate in daily team huddles
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
  • Prepare billing charges and ensure proper coding
  • Coordinate care and referrals to external specialists as needed
  • Support utilization management and patient flow efficiency
  • Participate in accreditation readiness (AAAHC), peer reviews, and quality improvement programs
  • Contribute to medical home activities and care planning goals
  • May rotate between multiple clinic sites within the network

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine
  • Active and Unrestricted Florida Medical License
