Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) – $100K Signing Bonus | Outpatient Only | PSLF Eligible | Dothan, AL

Overview

A thriving and growing healthcare group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, team-based outpatient practice. This position offers a competitive compensation package, generous signing bonus, and extensive on-site support services to help you focus on providing the highest quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am–12:00pm

• Model: 100% outpatient – no inpatient responsibilities

• Call: Shared weekday and weekend call rotation

• Patient Volume: 18–20 patients/day, all adult age ranges

• Team Environment: Join a collaborative group of 9 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners

• Support Services Onsite:

  • Full lab services

  • Imaging (X-ray, certified mammography, ultrasound, bone densitometry)

  • DOT certified examiners

  • Breath alcohol and drug testing

  • Industrial/occupational health services

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active DEA required; BLS/ATLS preferred

• Open to new grads as well as experienced physicians

• Visa sponsorship available (Direct Hire only)
