Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
Perform patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and coordinate care with specialists as needed
Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care
Document all encounters accurately in EMR and ensure continuity of care
Participate in health education and outreach initiatives as appropriate

Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (MD/DO)
Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
Strong commitment to patient-centered, community-based care
New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
