Primary Care Physician – VA Outpatient Clinic (Locums)
Location: Rochester VA Medical Clinic – 260 Calkins Rd, Rochester, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends or federal holidays
Contract: ASAP start – April 2026
Opportunity Overview
Rochester VA Medical Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician to provide adult outpatient primary care to Veterans. Providers will manage routine exams, follow-ups, chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, COPD, etc.), preventive health screenings, and participate in interdisciplinary care teams using the PACT model.

Patient Load: ~12–15 patients per day

EMR: VA’s CPRS system

Requirements: Active unrestricted license in any U.S. state, DEA, BLS/ACLS, VA credentialing clearance

Compensation: $130/hr + travel and lodging covered (malpractice included)
