Position Highlights:
•Be as busy as you would like, day 1— immediate volume from inheriting the panel of a retiring physician
•Join a team of 6 primary care physicians who enjoy collaborating and taking a teamwork approach to patient care
•4-day work with autonomy over your schedule for ultimate work/life balance
•Integrate your clinical passions like women's health, chronic disease management, holistic medicine, inpatient rounding, scopes, and more
Compensation & Benefits:
•Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential
•$210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, retention package, or incredible student loan forgiveness
•Comprehensive benefits package, including fully covered health insurance for you and your family, 8 weeks PTO, IPERS retirement (9.5% match), and more
•Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible and NHSC Site for an additional $75,000 in student loan repayment
