PRIMARY CARE Physician – Flexible Work Schedule, Minimal Call

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine Physician to help grow their primary care network in Nexton, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be a patient-centered and compassionate team-player with a knack for providing the highest quality of care. As a member of MUSC, you will have access to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, advanced technologies, and direct support from our clinical centers of excellence. All this to empower you to increase and optimize care throughout South Carolina.

The Position:

• Outpatient clinical role
• Opportunity for a 3- or 4-day work week
• Standard office hours & minimal call requirements
• Excellent referral network
• Opportunity to teach if desired

The Clinic:

• Work alongside 2 physicians & 1 APP
• Each provider aided by a medical assistant
• 7 patient rooms + provider offices available
• Phlebotomy present for routine lab draws
• Cardiology with echo, stress, and nuclear testing on site
