Associate Director of Hospital Medicine Opportunity in Rome, NY
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a respected medical team in Rome, New York. This leadership position combines clinical responsibilities with administrative oversight, supporting the Medical Director while working in a collaborative, well-staffed hospital environment.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, hospital-employed role
Competitive base salary: $292,000–$325,000 per year

Ensure hospitalist compliance with hospital policies, mission, and values
Participate in staffing, scheduling, and census management
Collaborate with the Emergency Department and other clinical teams
Represent the hospitalist program on hospital committees and quality teams
Provide direct patient care as needed
