Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient care including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and documentation

• Support and participate in quality assurance, improvement, and utilization review programs

• Provide supervision and training for patient care staff and clinical team members

• Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures for optimal patient outcomes

• Offer consultation services as needed, including telephone accessibility

• Engage in professional development through ongoing education, workshops, and literature review

• Participate actively in internal and external meetings to enhance patient services

Qualifications

• Current California Medical License; Board Eligible or Board Certified

• DEA license and current CPR certification

• Master’s degree in a medical field (MD/DO accepted)

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Experience with community health centers, managed care, and public assistance programs

• Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen preferred)
