Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a strong healthcare team serving all ages in a full-scope primary care setting. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4x10 schedule and coverage across two clinics, supported by nurses, techs, and fellow physicians.


Highlights

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $240,000 – $270,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
  • Retention Bonus: after 3-year contract completion
  • Relocation Assistance: Fully covered (up to 18,000 lbs + 1 vehicle, no price limit)

Job Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

Full scope primary care including:
Chronic disease management (diabetes, depression, anxiety, pain management – including suboxone)
Minor procedures (mole excisions, joint injections, suturing, IUD/Nexplanon insertion & removal, toenail removal)
Minor fracture management, casting, urgent care needs
DEA required (CSR for suboxone prescribing TBD)
Ability to refer out as needed
Ability to treat all ages

Qualifications

Qualifications

MD/DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Eligible not accepted)
Alaska medical license (or ability to obtain; assistance provided)
Required Certifications: BLS, DEA, valid driver’s license (AK DL within 90 days of hire)
Strong clinical background in full-scope family medicine/primary care
Must pass comprehensive background checks and credentialing requirements
