We are in need of a MD/DO to provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management services at a facility in Dixon, seeing patients 18+ and up. Please see details below:

- Setting: provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management at a clinic in Dixon, CA
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)

Required:
- Active CA state license
- Certifications: BLS, BC, and DEA
- Open to candidates with 2 years minimum experience preferred
Compensation:
