Combined hospitalist and daytime ER coverage role.

No OB responsibilities.

12-hour day shifts, seven days on, seven days off schedule.

Night coverage primarily handled by skilled physician assistants.

Manage an average inpatient census of about 4 patients with low but meaningful ER volume.

Modern facility with advanced imaging, telemedicine support, and on-site labs.

Supportive nursing and interdisciplinary teams including CRNAs and surgeons.
Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care and emergency department management.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in electronic medical records.

Participate in quality initiatives and collaborate closely with medical staff across departments.

Be prepared for diverse clinical presentations typical to rural hospital settings.
Qualifications
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Eligible or currently licensed to practice in Montana (Compact state license accepted).

Comfortable practicing in a rural setting with a broad clinical scope.
