We are seeking a full-time NP or PA to join our outpatient primary care practice in Upstate New York, just 2 hours north of NYC and 30 minutes south of Albany. This is an outpatient role with strong administrative support and flexibility to shape your practice style.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only primary care practice
- Flexible hours; negotiable schedule
- Full-time permanent or part-time hours
- Approx. 1 weekend per 6 weeks on-call (phone only)
- Collaborative, patient-focused environment
- EPIC EMR system
- Base salary $110,000"$156,000 (based on experience) + productivity incentives
- Hospital-employed status
