Schedule: M-F, 8:00-5:00
Clinic details
Practice Setting: Out-Patient Clinic
Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day, sometimes up to 18 pts in SNF
Patient Population: Geriatrics
Cases/Procedures: Will be rounding patients in Assisted Living Homes, SNF, Home Care, Palliative Care
