Your Day-to-Day:

Diagnose, treat, and manage patients across various care settings

Order labs, imaging & refer specialists as needed

Prescribe safe and effective medications

Counsel patients on lifestyle & health improvements

Document with precision and comply with privacy laws

Work closely with a team dedicated to quality care
We’re Looking For:
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Palliative Care/Hospice
✔️ MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
✔️ Active NY medical license (DEA/DPS can be obtained during credentialing)
✔️ Passion for patient-centered care & teamwork
