- Compensation: - 1st year salary of $250,000 after a 6-month ramp-up period - Plus 12% of collections performed by the physician - Equity: 10% ownership in San Antonio practice, valued at $300,000 - $500,000 - Relocation assistance for the right candidate

DETAILS: - Ideal culture fit: entrepreneurial, growth-minded, patient-centered, and ready to lead - New clinics opening in March 2026 - Support staff of an MA and a Stenographer at each location - We provide streamlined training, allowing us to focus on what matters most-your communication, leadership, and patient care-rather than prior procedural background - Surgical, interventional, or vascular background helpful, but not required - Bilingual (SPAN/ENG) a plus! - Must be willing to travel between three clinics: 2 in San Antonio and 1 in San Marcos
