Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
• Prior experience in Residency Core Faculty or Leadership roles, with resident/medical student supervision
• Demonstrated involvement in research and scholarly activity

Responsibilities

• Active role in recruitment, selection, instruction, supervision, advising, evaluation, and advancement of residents
• Participate in community outreach, including annual sports physicals and local hospital events
• Contribute to the program’s growth, innovation, and success
