Position, Compensation & Organization:

  • Outpatient, no call required - true lifestyle balance
  • 21-bed Critical Access Hospital with enhanced Medicare reimbursement rates
  • Full-scope practice caring for patients across the lifespan
  • Wide variety of cases: chronic disease, acute care, swing beds, assisted living patients
  • Perform in-house procedures: joint injections, biopsies, IUDs, Nexplanons, EKGs, and more
  • Flexible schedule: 3-4 days per week with option to expand to 5
  • Collegial support from mid-levels, scribes, and nursing staff
  • Collaborative relationships with regional specialists + OHSU consult lines
  • Swing patients average 14-21 day stays from surgery centers
