- Base Salary: Up to $300,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

- Engage in traditional primary care as well as DPC and concierge-style services
- Collaborate closely with internists, specialists, health coaches, and an exceptional support team
- Embrace cutting-edge tools and approaches—including genomics, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care
- Help shape a healthcare model where innovation and patient relationships are central

- MD or DO, with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active (or eligible) Wyoming medical license
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-first care
