- Compensation: $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 plus negotiable sign-on bonus stating at $20,000. Additional incentives include $25 per visit after 21 patients seen

- Additional Info: Bay Area Community Health seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care across its mobile health units in San Jose, CA, including: - Mobile Van II School-Based - Mobile Van I Senior - Mobile Van IV Healthcare Express - Mobile Van VI Clinic - Mobile Van VII Vision CHOP - Mobile Van VIII Clinic This outpatient role includes exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, minor procedures, and referrals. Physicians supervise mid-level providers, support smooth clinical operations, and deliver patient-centered care in a diverse, multilingual community. Required: - CA Medical License - Board Certified/Eligible (Family Medicine) - DEA & BLS (AHA) certification - Accredited residency completion Preferred: - 1+ year of experience - Community/public health background - Spanish or Mandarin fluency - Evening/weekend availability may be required.
