Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, well-supported outpatient practice in Forest City, Iowa, replacing a retiring provider.
#### Practice Overview:
Traditional outpatient family medicine practice
Join a team of 3 experienced ARNPs
Call is 1:6 weeks—phone-only with minimal call duties
On-site services include Lab, X-Ray, EKG, behavioral health, and family counseling
Supported by tenured RNs and experienced office staff
