Opportunity Details:
• Outpatient practice with ability to see all ages - true pediatric to geriatric
• 4-day work week with flexible hours for true work/life balance
• Join a collaborative team of providers and dedicated 1:1 nursing staff
• EPIC EMR - work smarter not harder
• Optional Leadership titles for interested and qualified candidates
Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential
• $210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs
• Comprehensive benefits package, including fully covered health insurance for you and your family ($12K+ Value), 8 weeks PTO, IPERS retirement plan (9.5% match), and much more
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible and NHSC Site for an additional $75,000 in student loan repayment
