Physician owned, multi-specialty group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician who embraces the unique nuances of rural medicine to join their team in north-central Washington state!
Details:
- Full-time position
- This is autonomous rural medicine
- Join a team of two physicians and three advanced practice providers covering two clinics <20 miles apart
- Epic EMR
- Ideal candidate should:
- Be a team-oriented professional willing to directly supervise APPs
- Have concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Have the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
- J1 candidates considered
Compensation/Benefits May Include:
- Annual salary range: $308,281-$333,300
- First year salary guarantee, RVU production in year two
- Signing Bonus
- Generous time off
- One-year physician partnership track for US candidates
- 401(k) match and profit sharing
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20k
- Continuing medical education allowance of $10k every two years
- Internal student loan repayment of up to $150k
