A community focused Critical Access Hospital in Northwest Texas is hiring a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a team that values collaboration, wellness and genuine connection.
This role blends modern medicine with small-town meaning. You'll practice full scope outpatient care with the support of a stable, experienced team, while enjoying a lifestyle with room for rest, growth and balance.
The Role
• Outpatient-only Family Medicine
• 16-20 patients per day
• Team of 2 physicians + 3 APPs + strong nursing support
• Earning potential $350,000+
• $90,000 sign-on bonus
• $15,000 relocation allowance
• Up to $160,000 in student loan repayment
