📍Perm – Family Medicine Physician | Brattleboro, VT 🌲 | $230K Base 💰 + Sign-On Bonus 🎁 + Relocation 🚚

📍 Location: Brattleboro, Vermont
📅 Start Date: Must be able to begin by Fall 2025
🕘 Schedule:

• Full-time, Outpatient only

• Patient Volume: ~14/day

• On-Call: Phone only, 1:11 rotation

• No hospital call, no inpatient duties

• Base Salary: $230,000

• Quality Bonus: Up to $20,000/year

• Sign-on Bonus: Negotiable

📋 Requirements:

✔️ Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (Note BE graduation date)
✔️ Active VT License (or ability to obtain before start)
✔️ DEA & BLS – Required
✔️ Clean malpractice history – Required
✔️ Must be able to relocate or live within 1 hour commute
✔️ No moonlighting/second position – Dedicated full-time role
