Position Overview:
Seeking BC Family Medicine Physician who is fully licensed to practice in Idaho. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, high-quality care across a range of medical needs, working under the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer.
Schedule:
* Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* Some participation in after-hours on-call clinic coverage expected
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct and emergency medical care, including minor surgical procedures
* Counsel patients and families on treatment, care, and adaptation to health conditions
* Refer patients to ancillary or supportive services as needed
* Serve on the Quality Assurance committee when assigned
* Maintain confidentiality of all professional and patient information
* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate mid-level providers
* Perform additional duties as specified in your contract
Clinical Environment:
* Routine exposure to blood-borne pathogens through patient care, trauma, and lab work
* Collaborative role working with the Chief Medical Officer for professional development
Required Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited residency program (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics)
* Board-certified or board-eligible
* Active licensure with the Idaho State Board of Medicine
* Current DEA registration and state pharmacy credentials
* BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
