Join a physician-led, mission-driven team delivering high-quality outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a full-time position with optional teaching, leadership, and career development opportunities.

🔹 Outpatient only – no inpatient rounding
🔹 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient care
🔹 Average 18–24 patients per day
🔹 Participate in light call rotation (phone-only with RN triage)
🔹 Provide occasional telemedicine coverage on weekends (a few hours every few months)
🔹 Work closely with APPs
🔹 Teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
🔹 Fully integrated EPIC EMR system
🔹 Optional hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $250,000–$260,000/year

• 💸 $75,000 starting bonus (paid in first paycheck)

📄 Requirements:
✔️ Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Family Medicine – REQUIRED
✔️ Active NY License or willingness to obtain – REQUIRED
✔️ DEA & ACLS by start date – REQUIRED
✔️ Clean malpractice and licensing history
✔️ Willing to work full-time, 4- or 5-day schedule – REQUIRED
✔️ Strong interest in full-scope primary care for all age groups – REQUIRED
