A Family Medicine Physician (FP) is needed in Bell, FL.

Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($215,000+/year)
- Quarterly Incentive Plan – up to $8,000 quarterly
- Annual Incentive Plan – up to $10,000 semi-annually
- Health Insurance – Employer covers 80% (Employee: $32.38-$120.32 biweekly)

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Outpatient primary care
- Patients of all ages
- On-call – typically only for own patients after LPN triage call service
- Average 18-22 patients per day
Requirements
- Compassionate Care
- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- Clear and Active Physician License in the State of Florida
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Florida
- Family Medicine
