We are in need of a MD/DO to provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management services at a facility in Green Valley, Arizona seeing patients 18+. Please see details below:
Details:
- Setting: provide Primary Care and Chronic Care Management at a clinic in Green Valley, AZ
- Schedule: M-F; (8am-5pm)
- Start: ASAP
Required:
- Active AZ state license
- Certifications: BLS, BC/BE, and DEA
- Open to candidates with 1-2 years minimum experience preferred
Compensation:
- Receive weekly paycheck
