- Pay Range: $125-$140/hr.
- Flexible Schedule: Choose your own days, Monday through Sunday (day shifts only, no nights or weekends required)
- Average of 6-9 visits per day
- Evaluation only visits - no prescribing, no lab orders, no treatment changes
- Pre populated, patient specific forms provided for each visit
- Paid travel available
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM preferred)
- Active CA state medical license
