Family Medicine Physician – Locum Tenens
Location: Ilwaco, WA
Start Date: September 12, 2025
Assignment Length: 6 months (minimum)
Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Shift Structure: 3 weeks on / 1 week off – no exceptions
Call: None
Position Overview:
A full-time Family Medicine physician is needed to provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. The clinic sees a consistent daily volume of approximately 16 patients, ranging from infants to geriatrics, with a focus on seasonal and routine outpatient concerns.

Procedures: General primary care, including seasonal conditions (cold, cough, flu), wellness visits, and chronic disease management

Support: On-site housing/apartment provided

EMR: EPIC (preferred, not required)

Travel: Local providers only – no flights or rental cars will be covered
