Fully Employed Family Medicine Opportunity in Texas
Practice Highlights
- Growing primary care + medical aesthetics clinic with multiple locations in the North Dallas.
- Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM)
- Approx. 30,000-patient panel and steady volume (24–32 patients/day)
- Clinic call only, every 3rd week
- Modern workflow supported by Athena EMR
- Strong staffing ratios: 1.5 nurses and 1.5 receptionists per provider
Compensation & Benefits
- $250,000–$270,000 base salary
- Up to $100,000 in annual productivity bonuses
- Total earning potential: $290,000–$330,000+
- $10,000 signing bonus + $10,000 relocation
- W2 employment with full benefits

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Texas licensure
