- Hours: 4-Day Work Weeks | Monday - Friday No Evenings

- Average Patients seen: 50% Leadership Administration, 50% office-based, outpatient Primary Care
- Call Schedule: Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage
