โญ Opportunity Highlights:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Patient Load: Low census of 8-10 patients per day, allowing for high-quality, patient-focused care.

Work Environment: Highly supportive with trained staff focused on patient outcomes. No hospital rounding or SNF duties.

Call Schedule: Light, rotational phone call (1 week at a time) with very low volume (approx. 6-8 calls per week).

Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly rate for local candidates and an attractive all-inclusive rate for travelers (includes travel, lodging, and daily stipend).

Insurance: Full malpractice insurance coverage provided.

Start Date: Position is for an immediate start (within 30 days).
โ Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients (16+).

Manage patients with complex cases, including multiple comorbidities, addiction, and behavioral health needs.

Comfortably and responsibly prescribe medications, including opioids, as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Rotate through a same-day clinic to address acute patient needs.
๐ Qualifications:

Board Certification: Must be current Board-Certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).

License: Must hold a current, unrestricted medical license in the state of Ohio.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of full-time, post-residency experience practicing as a board-certified physician in an outpatient setting is required.

Please note: Residency, telehealth, occupational medicine, or urgent care do not count towards this experience requirement.

DEA: Must have a current, active DEA license.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with a strong background working in an FQHC, Community Health Center, or with underserved/Medicaid populations are highly encouraged to apply. Experience with addiction and behavioral health is a significant plus.
