Job Responsibilities
*Ensure continuity and quality of care with timely interventions
*Prescribe medications per Arkansas guidelines and clinical best practices
* Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care routines
* Complete documentation and maintain accurate health records (EMR/EHR)
*Perform health assessments and physical examinations
* Promote preventive health practices and counsel patients on healthy living
Qualifications
*Licensed or eligible for medical Licensure in Arkansas
*Commitment to evidence based, compassionate patient care
Working Hours
NO after hours or weekend call
