This full-time role is ideal for a provider who values continuity of care, enjoys seeing patients across the lifespan from pediatrics to geriatrics and thrives in a supportive, team-based environment. The organization is deeply rooted in the local community and is actively working toward FQHC designation to expand resources and loan repayment options for clinicians.
