Compensation Range: $250,000-$323,464
Work Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends

Position Overview:
As a physician in this role, you will provide and manage direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and care for patients within your specialty. You ll work alongside experienced clinical staff with access to modern resources and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat patients following approved protocols and evidence-based standards.
* Perform necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within your scope of training and credentialing.
* Provide education to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their health.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and documentation.
* Interpret diagnostic findings and formulate effective, individualized plans of care.
* Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
* Uphold all safety and infection control protocols in the provision of patient care.
* Facilitate appropriate referrals to specialists and support services when needed.
Qualifications:
Required Education & Licensure:
* Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in applicable specialty
* Licensed to practice medicine in the state of employment
* Active state and federal DEA licensure

* Strong clinical judgment and decision-making ability
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
