Primary Care Opportunity in Hiram, GA
Position Highlights:
Provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting for the adult and senior population
Work collaboratively with care teams in a value-based care model
Full-time, employed position with no inpatient responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $180,000 - $300,000 based on experience

Schedule:
Full-time schedule with consistent hours
No inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Perform exams, order/interprete diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Diagnose/manage chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity)
Maintain complete and timely EMR documentation (within 48 hours)
Supervise Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants if needed
Ensure direct physician visits at least every other appointment
Provide compassionate, coordinated care with a patient-first focus
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Active Georgia medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care specialty
Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
ACLS and BLS certified
Proficient in EMR systems and tech platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
Strong diagnostic, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in value-based care delivery
Passionate about senior care and preventative medicine
Adaptable and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs and assist with patient movement as needed
Requires standing, walking, bending, and prolonged periods of sitting
Must have corrected vision/hearing and own reliable transportation
