Job description
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a leading value-based care organization in Peoria, Arizona . This is a outpatient role offering a healthy work-life balance and the flexibility to choose between 3 to 5 days per week , Monday through Friday — no weekends, no call, no after-hours.
About the role :
Flexible schedule: Choose 3–5 days per week
Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Fully outpatient – no inpatient responsibilities
Well-supported clinics with clinical & admin teams

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ MD or DO from an accredited program
✔ Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
✔ Active or eligible
Arizona medical license
