Key Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday, with occasional rotating Saturday clinics
(No nights or on-call)

We are seeking a bilingual Family Physician to join our mission-driven outpatient clinic serving a diverse population in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves delivering comprehensive primary care across all age groups in a culturally competent and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum primary care (pediatrics to geriatrics)
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care
- Order and interpret lab work and imaging
- Document visits in EMR and support care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement and team collaboration
- MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active NY medical license, DEA, and BLS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems
